**Birding involves some risk of harm due to travel and local hazards. By signing this sheet I agree not to sue or make a claim against McIntyre Birding Tours (MBT) for personal reasons such as injury, loss, or damage to personal property, etc. I also agree not to trespass on any private property or any property that is not a designated public birding area or area that has been approved by land/home owner. I agree that I am held liable for any damage to property, wrongful death, or personal injury that may occur during the birding challenge. I will use proper birding etiquette. I am aware that photos of me may be taken in the field or at award ceremony which may be used for promotional purposes by MBT or ARK. I agree that McIntyre Birding Tours has final say in judging and agree not to sue or make claim due to any ruling.
